To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with our candles, please follow these guidelines:
Burn Responsibly: Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, furniture, curtains, and other hazards.
Trim the Wick: Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch before each use to prevent excessive smoke and uneven burning.
Burn Time Limit: Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow wax to cool and harden before relighting.
Supervise at All Times: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish it before leaving the room.
Keep Away from Children & Pets: Candles should be placed out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental burns or spills.
Use Proper Holders: Always burn candles in appropriate containers or holders designed for candle use.
Extinguish Safely: Do not use water to extinguish a candle, as it can cause hot wax to splatter. Use a snuffer or gently blow it out.
Avoid Drafts & Vents: Do not place candles near vents, fans, or open windows, as air currents can cause uneven burning and dripping.
Discard Properly: Stop using a candle when ½ inch of wax remains in the container to prevent overheating or glass breakage.
